Tascam SSCD-R1
| The TASCAM SS-CDR1 combines Compact Flash and Compact Disc recording into a single rackspace. Designed for applications that previously used a cassette or MiniDisc recorder, the SS-CDR1 records in WAVE or MP3 formats to Compact Flash media. A slot-loading CD transport is provided CD recording, MP3 conversion and audio transfer. The recorder includes balanced and unbalanced audio inputs and outputs, RS-232 and parallel control and a wired remote control. TASCAM's RC-SS20 is a remote control designed for the SS-R1, SS-CDR1 and HD-R1 recorders. Twenty illuminated buttons provide instant access to tracks on the solid state recorders. TASCAM PT-7
TASCAM PT-7 (combination chromatic tuner, metronome and memo recorder)
The TASCAM PT-7 is a unique combination chromatic tuner, metronome and memo recorder for acoustic and electric musicians. The tuner features a high-speed graphic display, ideal for students to find their pitch on wind and string instruments, and an oscillator tone can also play for pitch reference. The metronome plays through the built-in speaker or headphone out and includes a visual display to keep the beat.
Also included is a monophonic recorder, providing 20 minutes of recording time for song ideas or practice playback. Recorded music can be looped or slowed down without changing the pitch, so that students can learn to play along with the instructors' example. Though designed for the acoustic instrument player and educator, the TASCAM PT-7 is the ideal companion for any chromatic instrument player.

TASCAM M164 MIXER SERIES
TASCAM's M-164 series is a lineup of affordable mixers for live bands, home recording or installation. Two models are available to fit your needs:

Each of the mixers has six TASCAM mic inputs with XLR ins and phantom power for great-sounding tracks. Mic inputs additionally have 3-band EQ with hipass filters for sculpting the mix. Five stereo line inputs bring the total count to 16 inputs, and several channels add EQ and RIAA phono preamps for adding flexibility. The M-164s have two output busses - main and sub - as well as a pair of aux sends for monitors and effects.
The M-164FX adds a stereo effects processor with 16 programs of reverb, delay, chorus and other great-sounding effects. Step up to the M-164UF for a 16x2 audio interface that works over USB 2.0. The interface built into the M-164UF has the highest channel count of any mixer, allowing all 16 inputs to be recorded to their own track in your computer recording software.

Tascam® US100
The Tascam US-100 breaks the price barrier for great-quality recording into your computer.
The microphone input captures great-sounding performances, or you can plug in your guitar or bass directly into the instrument-level input. Stereo line inputs can be switched to RIAA phono level for digitizing your vinyl collection from your favorite turntable. TASCAM US2000 AUDIO/MIDI INTERFACE
The US-2000 transmits your instruments at up to 96kHz/24-bit audio quality over a high-speed USB 2.0 connection to your computer. To keep track of all of your inputs and outputs, the US-2000 has a meter bridge made up of 100 LEDs. Connections are hidden on the rear panel, except for a pair of combo jacks on the front for easy access.
Included with the US-2000 is a copy of Cubase LE4 from Steinberg. This full-featured recording software captures up to 48 tracks of audio with another 64 MIDI tracks. You can edit your tracks to perfection using a variety of modes and tools. Automated mixing is included to create the perfect master. Cubase LE4 supports VST effect and instrument plug-ins, which an assortment included with the application. TASCAM's copy of Cubase LE4 can record 16 channels at a time so you can take advantage of all the inputs on the US-2000.

Tascam® BB-1000CD
The Tascam® BB-1000 Portable CD/SD Recorder is built to make recording to CD as simple as pressing record on a cassette 'boom box.' The battery-powered recorder records to either SD Card media or blank CDs from four built-in microphones or XLR mic inputs. The two front and two back mics can be individually trimmed for a balanced recording, and tracks can be immediately played back through a built-in 10W sound system. The BB-1000CD has been designed for simple operation in schools, houses of worship and band rehearsal spaces.
The recorder offers uncompressed recording to CD-R/RW media for audio CDs. The SD Card can capture as WAV file or MP3 files, and SD Card recordings can be burned to CD. The BB-1000CD can use two microphones on the front of the unit, two mics on the rear, or a pair of XLR mic inputs with phantom power as the recording source. Tracks can be played through the built-in speaker system, and can be looped and slowed down without changing the pitch.

Tascam® DP-004

Tascam's® DP-004 digital pocket studio is based on 30 years of easy to use cassette portastudios, updated with four tracks of cd-quality digital recording. The DP-004 can record two sources at once to the included 1GB SD card. A built in stereo condenser microphone makes it simple to record anywhere you go, perfect for concerts, rehearsals and songwriting inspirations. A pair of 1/4" jacks on the rear panel allow you to connect your own microphones or sources. You can even switch the inputs to guitar level for recording.
The DP-004 allows you to build up your arrangement until you've filled up all four tracks. The bounce feature allows you to consolidate tracks and make room for more overdub layers. Also available is an autopunch feature for fixing problems, track editing and an undo function.
Mixing is also built into the digital pocketstudio. Once you set levels and pan, record your mix onto a dedicated stereo master track. You're able to transfer your tracks and mixes to a computer over USB 2.0 for CD burning and sharing online. Despite it's go-anywhere compact design - smaller than a paperback book - the DP-004 is simple enough for students, songwriters and musicians who want to keep their recording process simple and creative.

Tascam® CC-222SL
TASCAM's® most popular combination CD/Cassette recorder, the CC-222SL, now supports a more robust slot loading CD transport and comes equipped with "selectable" independent outputs for CD and Cassette.
